 DESTINATION ­ Out of Sydney

Sydney is undoubtedly the most spectacular harbor city in the world. You can experience the fine dining, night life, shopping, festivals, galleries and museums, and the warm welcome, which has gained Sydney the title of the most popular city in the world to visit, for four straight years by Travel and Leisure Magazine.

Despite there being so much to see and do in Sydney, we recommend you consider heading out of the city and discovering some other beautiful and unique parts of the Australian countryside. Blue Mountains

The Blue Mountains derive their name from the fact that the gum trees release an oil into the air which reacts with the sunlight to produce a blue haze. Visitors can take one of the dolphin watch cruises that depart regularly. Activities include all types of water sports, golf, fishing and bushwalking. Port Stephens is famous for its fresh seafood and in particular oysters.
